I prepared a pizza about 2 weeks ago and since I had mushrooms, corn, olives left, I thought it would be a shame to throw them away and the next day I prepared this delicious tart.
Ingredients:
ss:
-for the dough:
1 or
125 g cream (12% fat)
125 g butter (82% fat)
375 g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
a little salt
oregano
thyme
pepper
-for the filling:
500 g minced pork
200g frozen vegetable mix
50 g olives
½ preserves corn grains
½ jar of mushrooms
100g cheese
2-3 tablespoons oil
salt
pepper
thyme
a parsley tie
1 egg + 1 egg white
biscuit
1 egg yolk to grease the dough
sesame
2-3 tablespoons oil
salt
pepper
thyme
a parsley tie
1 egg + 1 egg white
biscuit
1 egg yolk to grease the dough
sesame
Method of preparation:
Prepare the minced meat filling first. Heat the oil and add the minced meat sprinkled with salt beforehand and mix intensely to prepare the meat evenly. Add the vegetables and simmer over medium heat.

Add the spices and match the taste of salt. Allow the mixture to cool.

After it has cooled, add the beaten egg + egg white.

Add the finely chopped cheese and parsley and mix well.

For the dough, mix the egg with a pinch of salt in a bowl, then add the cream.

Then add the cold butter, spices, baking powder and flour and quickly knead a compact dough, not very firm, but not sticky, wrap in cling film and leave to cool for 20-30 minutes.

Spread the dough in the baking tray and cover its walls, prick from place to place and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Stop 1/3 of the dough to decorate the tart.

Pour the meat composition over the dough. Cut off the excess dough and bring the edges over the meat composition.

Roll out the rest of the dough into a thin sheet and cut out heart shapes (or other shapes)

and apply over the meat composition, then grease the hearts with egg yolk, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake the tart for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

Allow the tart to cool slightly and portion, then serve.
