Chicken tinsel is a very easy food to make. I suggest it for when you are in a time crisis or you don't feel like cooking in the kitchen :))
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 can of tomatoes in juice (400 g)
- 1/2 clove garlic
Preparation Chicken tinsel:
Wash the chicken breast and cut into cubes. Mix the tomatoes until a paste is obtained.
Finely chop the onion in a few tablespoons of olive oil. When it becomes glassy, add the meat cubes. Boil a few boils, then "extinguish" everything with tomato paste. Add the carrot, given on the grater with small mesh. Top up with water, if needed, as long as the meat is covered.
Boil until the meat is soft and the sauce is low. Before turning off the heat, add the crushed garlic and adjust the taste of salt and pepper.
Serve with polenta.
