Some friends were announced to visit and what first came to my mind was to make Tiramisu 😉 Even if I had fresh and organic eggs available 😉 I said to make a version for children, without coffee and without eggs .
I named it Tiramisu for children because that's what I told them it's called :)))) but you can also call it the cake with biscuits and chocolate 😉
- 1 large packet of biscuits
- For the cream:
- 200 g chocolate
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- vanilla essence
- For syrup:
- 1 cup milk
- 5 tablespoons Nesquik
- For decoration:
- whipped cream
- chocolate chips
Preparation Tiramisu for children:
The broken chocolate is put in a bowl together with the whipped cream and melted over low heat or in a baine-marie. Set aside, let cool, then put the dish in the freezer, to cool the chocolate cream very well.
The cooled chocolate cream is mixed until it starts to take on consistency, then mascarpone is added and mixed until a homogeneous composition is obtained. Flavor to taste with vanilla essence.
We dissolve the Nesquik in milk. We pass the biscuits through milk, only on one side, so that they do not soften too much.
In a tray (19/22 cm I used) lined with food foil we put a layer of biscuits soaked in milk, a layer of cream and continue until we finish the ingredients. Wrap well in foil and leave to cool until the cream hardens.
Before serving, "dress" in a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Good appetite! 😉
