Tiramisu recipe with lemon

ingredients
  • Cream:
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 ml cream for whipped cream / liquid whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon jelly
  • lemon juice to taste
  • Wheat:
  • 1 pack of biscuits (24 bc)
  • For finishing:
  • 200 ml cream for whipped cream / liquid whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 whipped cream hardener
  • a little grated dark chocolate
  • For syrup:
  • 1 cup hard coffee, unsweetened

So… well I found you! On New Year's Eve, I didn't want to "complicate" myself with heavy menus, cakes and elaborate cakes. And the only simple cake that kept coming to mind was Tiramisu . That's probably not to deny that word… about New Year's Eve everyone makes Tiramisu :))) So I decided… tiramisu to be, but not the classic version but tiramisu with lemon, a lighter version, with lemon cream , sweet and sour ,

Preparation Tiramisu with lemon:

We prepare the coffee and leave it to cool.

Cream:

We hydrate the gelatin in a few tablespoons of cold water.

Cream for whipped cream mix until fluffy. It is not absolutely necessary to stand still.

In a bowl put mascarpone cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until the cream is homogenous, then add the whipped cream. Heat the gelatin on a steam bath or in the microwave until it liquefies, then incorporate it into the mascarpone cream, mixing vigorously. At the end we put the lemon juice to taste, according to how sour we want the cream to be.

The tray in which we will assemble the cake is lined with food foil. We put a layer of biscuits quickly passed through the coffee, half of the cream and continue, the last row being

  • The biscuits do not syrup very hard, you pass them quickly through the coffee and only on one side.

Wrap well in foil and refrigerate for a few hours, until the cream hardens. Pour the cake on a plate and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.

  • The cold cream is mixed until it starts to take on consistency. Add the vanilla sugar and whipping cream and mix until hardened.
  • For the chocolate curlers, grate the chocolate kept at room temperature with the vegetable cleaner
