Tiramisu recipe with strawberries
- * 2 yolks
- * 50 g sugar
- * 50 ml milk
- * 150 g mascarpone
- * 150 ml liquid cream
- * 500 g strawberries
- * 1 pack of biscuits
Tiramisu with strawberries is delicious and with a taste that I can't describe in words 🙂
Preparation Tiramisu with strawberries:
Rub the yolks well with the sugar, until they become like a cream.
- The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to preferences and depending on the sweetness of the strawberries.
Add the cold milk, stirring gently. Put the pot on the fire and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until the composition begins to thicken. Set aside and leave to cool.
When the egg cream has cooled, add the mascarpone and mix lightly.
Mix the strawberries in a blender until they become like a paste, then add over the egg cream with mascarpone. Whip the whipped cream, then easily incorporate it into the composition.
Place a layer of biscuits in a rectangular bowl, pour half of the cream, put another layer of biscuits and cover with the rest of the cream.
Cover everything with cling film and refrigerate until the next day.
- The biscuits do not require syrup, they will soften very well from the cream
Garnish with strawberries and grated chocolate or chocolate balls.
