Turmeric and lemon
Combining the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties of turmeric with the purifying effect of lemon juice, this combination is ideal for those who want to do a detoxification treatment. It helps cleanse the skin, by eliminating toxins from the body, is beneficial in weight loss, supports liver activity and reduces the effects of allergies and inflammatory reactions from various sources.
For two servings of juice you need two cups of water, the juice of a squeezed lemon, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a quarter teaspoon of powdered ginger and a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. If you get along well with the spicy taste, you can also add a pinch of ground cayenne pepper. Mix everything in a glass or ceramic container and add honey, maple syrup or stevia sweetener to adjust the taste.
