* 250 g tortellini with meat
* 2 cups tomato juice
* 1 onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* seedless green olives
* 1/2 bell pepper

Boil the pasta in salted water for 8 minutes, according to the instructions on the package.
Finely chopped onion and garlic are lightly sautéed in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Extinguish with tomato juice and bring to a boil. Add the finely chopped pepper and olives. Match the taste of salt and pepper and season with basil and oregano.
Boil over low heat until the sauce begins to drop and set aside. Put the pasta in the sauce and mix lightly, until they are well covered with sauce.
Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese.
