The idea is that you can make these trigons with any kind of cheese you have available or that you like. You can even use cheeses that you have in the fridge and no one really ties them in. 🙂 They can also be made in the sweet version, with fresh and flavored cow’s cheese to taste with vanilla, rum or lemon peel.
- 1/2 pack of pie sheets
- 200 g telemea
- 100 g cheese
- 100 g parmesan
- 1 or
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- salt and pepper
- For anointed:
- 1 yolk
- 2 tablespoons milk
- negrilica seeds
- oil for spreading sheets
Preparation Trigones with cheese:
In a bowl, mix the telemeau with the grated cheese and parmesan. Add the egg and sour cream and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste and season with dill.
Pie sheets are cut into strips, as wide as you want your trine to come out. Grease each strip with oil, then overlap 3-4. Put a tablespoon of cheese on the corner of a strip and fold the strip diagonally. Then fold on the contour of the triangle formed until the strip ends.
Place in the stove tray lined with baking paper and grease with egg yolk mixed with milk. Sprinkle with blackberry seeds.
Put the tray in the oven until the cheese trays are nicely browned.
