Turkey breast in pepper and tomato sauce

What can be cooked faster and easier than a recipe with poultry, chicken or turkey breast? Especially when the meat is bathed in a delicious and fragrant sauce of baked peppers and tomatoes…

Turkey breast in pepper and tomato sauce

Turkey breast

2 baked red peppers
1 hot pepper
1 ripe tomato
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
1 can of tomatoes in its own juice
salt and pepper
green parsley

Finely chopped onion, lightly fry in a few tablespoons of oil. Place the diced breast and cook, stirring constantly, until the meat is white. Add the ripe tomatoes, baked peppers and tomatoes in their own juice. I blended them until they were made into a paste, but you can cut them into strips or cubes, if they don't bother the whimsical diners. :))

If necessary, add water, so that the meat is covered. The taste of salt and pepper matches. Boil over low heat until the meat is cooked and the sauce has dropped enough. Before it is ready, add the crushed garlic and finely chopped green parsley.

Serve hot with polenta.
