turkey casserole with olives

Is it cold outside? Or does it just seem to me? I don't like the heat, I like it when it's colder, but today I feel the need for warmth. Thick socks standing, a hot coffee… and for lunch a hot meal, a turkey stew with olives. 😉

turkey casserole with olives

  • Turkey breast
  • 1 canned tomatoes in juice
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • seedless olives
  • salt and pepper
  • green basil

Method of preparation:

Diced turkey breast and season to taste with salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes lightly fry on all sides in a little oil. Add the chopped onion and stir continuously until the onion softens. When the onion has softened, add the canned tomatoes (blended). It matches the taste of salt and pepper, it is flavored with basil.

Add a little water and keep on low heat until the meat is well penetrated and the sauce has reached the desired consistency. Near the end, add the crushed garlic and olives, mix well and add a few more boils.

Serve hot.
