- 500 gr turkey pipettes
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 celery stalks Celery

- 1 canned tomatoes

Method of preparation:
We clean the pipes of debris. wash them well and cut them into 2-3 pieces.
We put the pipettes in a pot with enough water to cover and exceed them.
Boil and froth well to obtain a clear juice.
When the pipettes are half cooked, add the diced vegetables. After 10 minutes, add the cauliflower bunches and canned mixed tomatoes.
Boil for another 15 minutes, add salt, pepper, borscht to taste and oil.
