Turkey roll with hot pepper jam

I have told you several times that my dwarfs like meat. Even if I try to vary the menu and offer them another vegetable, a cheese… the vast majority of the recipes provided to me in the kitchen are recipes with meat , especially turkey.

I made hot pepper jam , but they didn't want to enjoy it side by side with me 😀 so I thought of making this turkey roll that I filled with hot pepper and cheese jam. They didn't have much to say! 😉

Preparation Turkey roll with hot pepper jam:

The recipe is prepared as simple as possible and you do not even need quantities of ingredients, everything depends only on your preference.

The turkey breast is thinly sliced. If necessary, beat a little with the sledgehammer. If you have a large piece of breast, it's even better if you don't put the smaller pieces next to each other on a piece of food foil, so that you form a rectangle.

Salt the "sheet" of meat and pepper to taste, then grease it with plenty of hot pepper jam. Place the grated or chopped cheese on top. Using the foil, form the meat roll.

Transfer the roll to a piece of baking paper, sprinkle with herbs from Provence (or whatever other spice you like) and wrap it well, rolling, squeezing well at the ends. Place in a pan and bake over medium heat until the meat is cooked through. I think I held it for about 45-50 minutes. A few minutes before it is ready, open the baking paper and let it brown slightly.

Allow to cool, then slice.
