This turkey roll with vegetables is very good for when you don't have whimsy at the table. :)) For my dwarfs he had too many vegetables in sight. :))) For this reason I also made a small amount.
Being also good-looking, it can be eaten cold, it can be served at the table and with other appetizers. And where else do you say it's easy to do? 😉
- ~ 350 g turkey breast
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 or
- salt and pepper
- green parsley
- mixture of frozen vegetables
Preparation Turkey roll with vegetables:
The meat is minced in a meat grinder, then mixed together with the finely chopped carrot, crushed garlic, egg, chopped green parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
On a piece of aluminum foil greased with oil, spread the meat composition in a thin layer. Put the frozen vegetables on top.
- Here, the offer being varied, you can choose according to your preference. I chose a mixture of corn with carrots, peppers, peas and green beans.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper, then with the help of foil we roll the meat lengthwise. We wrap the obtained roll in aluminum foil, tightening the ends well. We put the roll in a heat-resistant bowl, we put a little water, about a finger from the height of the roll, and we put it in the oven over medium heat, until the water in the bowl drops. Unwrap the foil, grease the roll with the sauce formed there and put it back in the oven until lightly browned on top.
Let it cool a bit, then portion as desired.
