* 125 ml milk
* 1 teaspoon dried yeast
* 2 dogs wholemeal flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar

* For the filling:

* ~ 250-300 g beef
* 1 onion
* 1 bell pepper
* 2 tomatoes
* salt and pepper
* green parsley
* Paprika
* oregano
* 50 g cheese

Yeast mixed with sugar dissolves in milk. Then pour over the flour mixed with salt and knead an elastic dough, slightly sticky. Leave to rise until it doubles in volume.

Finely chopped onion and pepper, cook in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the minced meat and lightly fry. Add salt, pepper, paprika and oregano to taste and mix. Tomatoes are scalded, peeled and mixed. Add over the meat composition. Boil a few more until the juice decreases. Finally add the chopped green parsley and oregano. Set aside and leave to cool.

Divide the dough into 4. Spread each piece of dough on the lightly floured table, giving it an elongated shape. We put some of the filling in the middle of the dough sheet, the edges remain free. Sprinkle with grated cheese on a small-mesh grater. We raise the edges over the filling, and we lift the ends slightly, forming a small boat.

Place the boats in a tray lined with baking paper and bake over medium heat until golden brown. Serve hot.
