A creamy and tasty cucumber salad , only good for summer days
- 2 medium cucumbers
- ~ 200 g goat yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 dill threads
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation Tzatziki – Cucumber salad:
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into thin slices.
Grind the garlic with a little salt, then pour the oil and mix well.
We put the yogurt in a bowl and we put the cucumber and the garlic sauce on top. Homogenize and add more salt if necessary.
Dill and mint are cut very finely and added to the salad. Homogenize and leave to cool for a few hours, to blend the flavors.
