unleavened blueberry muffins


  • * It took:
  • * 120 ml of warm milk
  • * 2 eggs
  • * 1 tablespoon oil
  • * 50 g sugar
  • * 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • * 1 can of Milli butter cream
  • * 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • * 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • * 550 g flour
  • * Filling:
  • * 200 g walnuts
  • * 100 g sugar
  • * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • * a few tablespoons of milk, enough to bind the composition

How to prepare Rotating muffins:

The dough is the one used for donuts of all kinds .

I prepared it for the bread machine, kneading + leavening program, for a total of 1 hour and a half. I put the ingredients in the car bowl and took the dough out on the floured table when it was ready to be raised.

Break the pieces into large pieces and spread them by hand on the table. On each piece of dough we put a spoonful of filling, then we gather the edges forming a ball.

Spread with a rolling pin, then cut from place to place with a sharp knife.

We roll and twist, then spin it, forming a snail. Put the dough in molds, leave to rise for about half an hour. Grease each muffin with egg yolk and put in the oven, over medium heat, until golden brown.
