With the arrival of summer, the ice cream casserole has its well-established place in the freezer 😉 I also happen to buy it, but most of the time I like to make homemade ice cream, with various flavors and combinations. I recently discovered the flavor of the avocado fruit and because so far I have only used it in "salty" combinations, I said that I should try something sweet, because that's the only thing we like the most! :))
So, an avocado ice cream, good, fine and delicious.
- 1 avocado
- 150 g coconut milk
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 200 ml cream for whipped cream / liquid whipped cream
- 1 vanilla sugar
Preparation Avocado ice cream:
Remove the avocado pulp from the peel and place it in the bowl of the food processor. Mix until a fine paste is obtained. Add coconut milk and condensed milk and mix. Pour into the bowl that we will put in the freezer.
Cream for whipped cream mix with vanilla sugar until fluffy. It doesn't have to be firm. Incorporate in the composition with avocado, mixing lightly with a spatula. Put the bowl in the freezer for about 2 hours, remove the bowl and mix the composition once more (with the vertical mixer), then put it in the freezer until it freezes completely.
Portion as desired and garnish with chocolate curls.
