Banana pancakes recipe
- 250 ml milk
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 250 ml flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar (can be replaced with sweeteners)
- 2 eggs
- 30 ml oil or melted butter
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- A pinch of salt

It is a pleasant alternative to classic pancakes. The dough itself is slightly sweet, tender and soft, the small discs can be positioned on top of each other, traditionally, to facilitate the dripping of the sauce, and changes can be made for fasting pancakes.
The preparation for pancakes with bananas and chocolate sauce is simple, involving mixing the ingredients in a certain order. For the recipe you will use ripe and soft bananas, because they will be sweeter and easier to crumble using a fork, without leaving large lumps. You can also use a blender to make your work easier with these fluffy pancakes, if you want.
Cut the bananas into slices and grind them well for the American pancake dough.

This sauce will be left to cool for at least half an hour, so it can be made before the dough.
Put the pancakes on the plate in a stack of at least three (the more there are, the better they will look), but you will have to be careful about the caloric content and how many sweet sauces you add.
