Vegetable omelet – breakfast Edenia

Recently, even very recently, my little girl became curious to try new things. We are talking here about food, obviously! that from the other madness and tricks worthy of getting on the nerves in the pawns she is willing to try every day! :)))

This is how Oana's challenge to cook a breakfast with frozen vegetables from Edenia fell flat. I only made 2 servings, for the girls, the boys stayed for the traditional breakfast 🙂 A simple recipe and very easy to prepare, ready in about half an hour. If you make more portions, increase the quantities depending on how you like it, you know! 😉

ingredients
  • For 2 servings:
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g cheese
  • 50 g parmesan race
  • 1 tablespoon fat cream
  • Mexican vegetable mix Edenia
  • salt and pepper
  • a few hot pepper flakes
  • slices of bacon for wallpaper shapes

Preparation Omelet with vegetables – breakfast Edenia:

Beat the eggs well in a bowl, with salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes to taste. Add sour cream, grated cheese, a little Parmesan cheese and frozen vegetables (do not thaw before, do not boil). Mix well until smooth.

The ceramic forms are lined with slices of bacon. Pour the composition for the omelet, cover with a layer (as generous as possible) of parmesan

and bake on medium heat for about 20 minutes, until lightly browned on top.

Serve hot, with cherry tomatoes or donuts in vinegar. It's a matter of preferences, that's all! 🙂
