Vegetable salad with chicken breast at Crock-Pot

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 350 gr chicken breast
  • 3-4 sour cucumbers
  • sour donuts to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • mayonnaise from 2 boiled yolks, 2 raw and 250 ml oil
  • lemon juice to taste
Method of preparation:
We clean the vegetables, wash them and cut them in half.
Put the potatoes, carrots and chicken breast in the bowl of the Crock-Pot.
Cover with water. Put the lid on and turn on the device on HIgh for 3 hours.
After the time has passed, we turn off the appliance and remove the vegetables and meat.
Let them cool and cut them into cubes.
We also cut the sour chestnuts and donuts into cubes.
From the boiled yolks, the raw ones, salt, lemon juice to taste and oil, we prepare mayonnaise.
Over the vegetables and cut meat we put the mustard, mayonnaise (we stop a little for decoration), salt and pepper and mix lightly. Leave it to cool for a few hours.
We serve the salad either on a plate or in individual portions.
