Because we didn’t sacrifice the lamb or any other animal to enjoy this year, we made a drob with vegetables. I still “sacrificed” some eggs, to tie the knob and look the knob

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggplants
  • 1 zucchini
  • 250 g mushroom mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of green parsley
  • 1 dill connection
  • 4 green onion threads
  • 4 cloves green garlic
  • 6 tablespoons gray
  • 8 eggs
  • salt, ground pepper
Method of preparation:
Boil 2 liters of salted water. clean and cut the eggplant, pumpkin and mushrooms into cubes, then scald them one by one in salted water. Strain and after cooling cool the water well.
Chop the greens, onions and garlic and mix in a bowl with the rest of the vegetables, 4 eggs and semolina. Three of the eggs are boiled in salted water for 3-4 minutes, then cleaned, and the other egg is beaten well with a pinch of salt.

Place half of the vegetable mixture in a cake pan lined with baking paper, place boiled eggs in the middle, and place the other half of the vegetables on top.

Beat the beaten egg on top and bake the dough in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes on a suitable heat, at first covered with an aluminum foil, then remove the foil, to brown nicely.
