A very good pie, can also be made with spinach, but I recommend you try leurda even if you put less.
- 400 g pie sheets
- 400 g lorda
- 400 g of slightly salted telemea
- 4 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 100 ml of milk
Method of preparation:
Wash the leurda and drizzle, then cut into strips. Put the telemeau on a grater and mix with leurda and 2 eggs, possibly season with a little salt.
Melt the butter in oil and grease three sheets of pie. At one end put 1/4 of the filling with leurda and cheese and roll. Do the same with the rest of the pie sheets and place them all in a pan greased with butter.
Beat the remaining eggs with the milk, season and pour into the pan over the pie, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake in the hot oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
