* 400 g shell pasta
* 500 ml of milk
* 100 g cheese
* 100 g mozzarella
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 50 g butter
* 50 g of cheese sprinkled on top
Boil the pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes (according to the instructions on the package)
We cut the cheese and mozzarella into cubes.
Melt the butter, add the flour and mix vigorously. Pour the milk little by little, stirring constantly, so that no lumps form. Add the cheese and mozzarella cubes and cook until the sauce starts to thicken. The taste of salt matches.
Grease a heat-resistant dish with butter and put the cooked pasta.
Pour the sauce on top and even out.
Sprinkle with grated cheese
and put in the oven, over medium heat, until it starts to brown on top.
