Great heat… so I started the ice cream. :))
Thanks to Mihaela for the inspiration, for the Vietnamese coffee ice cream , a good homemade ice cream that I tasted on my own. :))))
Ingredients:
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 250 ml of very strong coffee
- 60 g milk powder
- 100 ml whipped cream
Preparation Vietnamese coffee ice cream:
Put the powdered milk in a bowl, then pour the whipping cream, a little, so that no lumps form. Then add the condensed milk and finally the coffee. Homogenize and put in the freezer for 1 hour and a half. Remove the bowl, mix to break the ice needles and put back in the freezer until it hardens.
