* 3 yolks
* 60 g butter
* 50 g dark chocolate

* 100 g ground walnuts

We mix the soft butter well with sugar and rum essence. Add the yolks one by one and mix well after each one.
Melt the chocolate together with a few tablespoons of liquid cream (or milk) then mix it with ground walnuts. Leave to cool, then add spoon by spoon in the butter composition with yolks.
Then flour mixed with baking powder. We add enough flour to obtain a dough that no longer sticks to our hands. It is not an elastic dough, but it can be spread on the table with the rolling pin.
Cut the dough sheet into various shapes and place in a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
For the icing, melt the chocolate with liquid whipped cream, leave it to cool and then cover each cookie separately.
