Easy to make, easy to eat… These white chocolate muffins are ideal for breakfast , for the school package or for when you go on the road and need a snack
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g white chocolate
- 80 g butter
- 1 cana kefir
- 250 g flour
- vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
How to prepare white chocolate muffins:
- I recently received a few bouquets of kefir mushrooms from a friend dear to me. Kisses dear Ina! : *: * Since then I have at least one cup of kefir in the house every day, which I consume as such or use it in doughs or other cake recipes. If you do not have kefir you can replace it with yogurt.
Melt the chocolate over low heat with the butter. Homogenize and leave to cool.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the vanilla sugar and baking powder.
Separately beat the eggs with the sugar until they turn white and double in volume. Add the mixture of white chocolate and butter, then the kefir. Add the flour mixture and mix well, stirring gently.
The composition is put in the form of muffins (~ 2 tablespoons of composition) lined with special papers and put in the oven over medium heat for about 30-40 minutes.
- I put a spoonful of composition, a teaspoon of dulce de leche and covered with another spoonful of composition. The result is very good, only that dulce de leche went to the bottom. :)) If you don't mind this aspect you can try this or make them simple.
