- * 300 ml water
- * 250 g wholemeal flour
- * 50 g of wheat bran
- * 50 g of oatmeal
- * ~ 100 g white flour
- * 10 g of dry yeast
- * 1 teaspoon salt
- * 2 teaspoons sugar
- * 1 tablespoon oil
The recipe for wholemeal cakes baked in a pan can be adapted to any type of flour you have in the house, they can be made only from white wheat flour
Preparation Wholemeal cakes baked in a pan:
Yeast mixed with sugar dissolves in a little warm water. All 3 types of flour are mixed with bran and salt. Pour in the middle the dissolved yeast and the rest of the water. Knead an elastic dough, slightly sticky. During kneading, add the oil.
Leave to rise for half an hour, then divide the dough into small pieces. Each piece is spread on a lightly floured table, forming small flatbreads, which are baked in a Teflon pan, without oil.
Serve plain or instead of bread. They are delicious. 🙂
