We need:

# 500 g chicken wings
# 1 tablespoon susan
# 2 tablespoons flour
# salt and pepper
# rosemary

The cleaned and washed wings are seasoned to taste with salt, pepper and rosemary.

Add sesame and flour. Mix well so that each piece of meat is well covered with flour. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the lemon sauce from:

# 1 tablespoon flour
# 1 glass of milk
# 2 tablespoons sour cream
# juice from a lemon
# salt and pepper

We "dissolve" the flour with milk and put the bowl on the fire, stirring constantly. Add the sour cream and leave until it starts to set. Match the taste of salt and pepper and leave to cool.

Squeeze the lemon, and heat the juice obtained very little, then add it a little over the sauce, stirring vigorously.

Fry the wings in hot oil on both sides. We take them out on an absorbent towel, to eliminate the excess fat.

Serve with mashed potatoes and lemon sauce, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
