* 400 g yellow beans (frozen)
* 2 onions
* 2 tomatoes
* 1 cup meat soup (or water)
* salt and pepper
Finely chop the onion and put it in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add beans and soup,
let it boil until it drops. We match the taste of salt and pepper.
We burn the tomatoes, peel them and chop them finely or robot them. 🙂 Put over the beans and bring to a boil.
I served it as a garnish for chicken steak, with garlic sauce and polenta.
