* 300 g yellow
* 1 onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 200 g sour cream
* salt and pepper
The yolks are washed well in cold water, then boiled in salted water. Do not boil very much, just a few minutes, then drain.
In a separate bowl, heat the finely chopped onion and garlic. When they have softened, add the boiled yolks and bring to a boil. Add sour cream, mix, adjust the taste of salt and pepper. Boil until it begins to thicken.
The stew is served hot with globular polenta. :))
