* 300 g yogurt
* 50 ml water
* 2 tablespoons oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 500 g flour
* 10 g of dry yeast
* 1 egg yolk to grease
The yogurt is mixed with warm water. Put it in the pan of the bread machine, then add the rest of the ingredients. Choose the kneading + leavening program.
Remove the dough on a lightly floured table and divide it into 6 balls. Each ball is flattened, then the edges are squeezed below to form a kind of mushroom. 🙂 Put them in a guguluf tray greased with oil and let them rise again, until they double in volume.
Grease with egg yolk with a little milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put in the oven over medium heat until golden brown.
